Flight Planning
All aircraft intending to conduct an IFR or VFR flight within the Phnom Penh Flight Information Region shall file a flight plan, which can be performed via AviWeb Portal.
For air operators / agents who wish to file flight plan via AviWeb Portal, please click on the link below and log in your account.
For new users, please click on “Request Registration” in the AviWeb Portal, fill in your information and in the “Notes” mentioning the groups you want to be part of, for example: FPL for Flight Plan, PIB for Pre-flight Information Bulletin, etc.
