Who We Are


Cambodia Air Traffic Services Company Limited (CATS), Cambodia's Air Navigation Service Provider (ANSP), was established in April 2001 by SAMART Corporation Public Company Limited which gained exclusive license from the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia to develop and operate the air traffic control and navigation systems in Cambodia under the Build, Corporate and Transfer (BCT) terms and conditions.

CATS has eventually been designated as the service provider of Aeronautical Information Services (AIS) / Aeronautical Information Management (AIM), Aeronautical Charts and Flight Procedure Design.

Aeronautical Information Management Centre (AIMC) of CATS provides Aeronautical Information Services (AIS) / Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) for air navigation in the Kingdom of Cambodia including flight planning, ATS messages handling, NOTAM, Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP), Aeronautical Information Circular (AIC), Aeronautical Charts, etc.


What We Do


Flight Planning

Filling out a flight plan through an online portal can be easier and faster than filling out a paper form. This can help save time and ensure that the flight plan is submitted in a timely manner.

Briefing

PIB is a comprehensive package of aeronautical information providing to flight crews before a flight. Post-flight Inforamtion Service allows flight crews to submit aeronautical information encountered or observed during their operation activity.

eAIP

The eAIP, an electronic publication, provides easy and convenient access to aeronautical information, including charts, procedures, and other relevant data essential to air naviagation.

AIM Portal

The AIM Portal provide access for data originators to submit a change request about aeronautical data and information. The Portal ensures that raw data received is assessed, approved and stored in a predetermined sequence and all actions are legally recorded.

NOTAM

A notice concerning establishment, condition or change in any aeronautical facility, service, procedure or hazard, the timely knowledge of which is essential to personnel concerned with flight operations.

eTOD

Electronic Terrain and Obstacle Data (eTOD) is the digital representation of terrain and obstacles provided as datasets satisfying user requirements for a series of airborne and ground applications.
